This class is designed for those with some prior dance experience who are eager to learn and develop their skills. You should be comfortable taking instruction and working independently to improve your technique. Most importantly, you should have a genuine passion for dance and a desire to explore commercial styles. This class is suitable for those who are committed to expanding their dance repertoire, regardless of their current skill level.

For class, it's best to wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Think leggings or joggers and a t-shirt. While fitted clothing is ideal, you're welcome to bring baggier clothes to change into afterwards. You'll also need appropriate footwear, which will vary depending on the class, so it's best to check with the instructor beforehand. Don't forget to bring plenty of fresh water to stay hydrated, and for most classes, a yoga mat or similar mat will be useful for stretching and floor work.

It's important to remember that classes are paid for in advance. This means that if you can't make it to a class, unfortunately, you won't be able to get a refund for that session. So, please be sure of your availability before booking.

It's really important to let Dean or the instructor know before class if you have any injuries, even if it seems minor. We want to make sure you can participate safely and comfortably. If something doesn't feel right during class, please don't hesitate to ask for an alternative way to do the movement. Your safety and well-being are our priorities.

To prevent accidents, please keep your belongings, including clothes and bags, out of the dance space. This helps to avoid trips and falls and ensures everyone has enough room to move freely.
